Logomatic 906 TK
Is a cask labeller intended especially for industrial operation in modern breweries where it has been successfully put into operation. Barcode labels are printed by means of thermo-transfer in real-time processes and affixed to the lid of the cask in a 1:1 scale. Logomatic 906 TK printing and application of labels to the top surface of kegs and casks is achieved whilst stopped, or in motion, dependant on the brewery and line design.
Most Logomatic 906 TK keg and cask labellers are installed with a pressurised and heated (optional) steel enclosure which has an automatically operating trap-door device to protect the printing unit from „leakers“, condensation or hose-down.

| Logomatic 920 TM
The Logomatic 920 TM print & apply labeling system has been specifically designed to be used in hostile or very demanding working environments.
In addition, the system is equipped with a telescopic arm applicator with a stroke length of up to 500mm. This makes it ideal for use with products with varying heights. The integrated print engine with a print width of 216 mm can be used for real-time direct thermal and thermal transfer printing and applied to the top of the object while the object is standing still or in motion.

Integration of the newly developed Power Leap II® system, label print times have been reduced and now two independently moving telescope-vacuum-pad combinations (DK units) simultaneously label adjacent sides of the pallet. Even a third side can be labelled if required.
