LeapDesign
Label design on your PC "LeapDesign" is a standard software for the free design of labels (style sheet) that has been developed by LOGOPAK. It can be used with all Logomatic systems and runs on all compatible PC´s under MS Windows. The WYSIWYG-image (What-You-See-Is-What-You-Get) in a 1:1 scale ensures exact processing on the screen. All standard barcodes can be used.

Extensive remote monitoring

Remote control and administration of your networked LOGOMATIC labelling system.

Control of the operating procedures of all LOGOMATIC labelling systems can be carried out via remote communication. The LOGOPAK Control Centre is used here in conjunction with a standard network and the Internet. Individual printing systems can be controlled and monitored from anywhere, using the customer’s own network in conjunction with the Internet and VPN. Each labelling system supplies its own backup/update protocol as well as an accumulated error protocol. If backups are sent to LOGOPAK on a regular basis, our technicians are able to access local changes for updates and/or error diagnosis.

You can carry out the following directly from your office:
 

• Designation of receivers of automatic messages (email/SMS).
• Receive and send software modules/layouts/logos via the integrated E-Mail-Clients.
• Parallel backups and updates of all printing systems.
• Monitoring of Logopak systems in real-time using the integrated Web-Camera connection.
• Record individual pictures or video sequences and send them to the LOGOPAK-Service together with diagnostic messages.
   

Specific conditions such as labeller offline, end of label reel, receipt of an update per email, completion of a backup procedure or the scheduled date for maintenance can be used to trigger the sending of a message by mail or SMS. This goes to recipients that can be specified freely by the customer. To save time backups or updates can be sent to all linked labelling systems simultaneously. Updates from previously compiled backups or from emails that have been received can be sent directly to the printing systems. Error reports can be requested directly from each labelling system and sent for analysis to LOGOPAK.

This allows quick response times for the on-site service. Integrating a web camera allows you to monitor machine processes in real-time and to document a problem and send this information to the LOGOPAK Service Centre for analysis per email. Even snap shots can be taken, saved locally or transferred. When an analysis is concluded by LOGOPAK, corrective measures are recommended or updates are sent per email.

Components required for the LOGOPAK Control Centre:
 

• Standard Ethernet network
• Comserver connection for each labelling system
• PC with Windows XP, Linux or Mac OS X
• eMail server (POP3, IMAP) and email account, optionally for SMS an Internet connection.

 

LogoBatch

Primarily for use in batch labelling; i.e. the print data is reloaded per production batch. Activation of automatic and manual labelling systems, administration of several label layouts, import/export of article data, saving of completed printing orders, local article databank.

LogoPal

Automatic pallet labelling for full and part pallets in compliance with the CCG standard, compilation of the NVE, import/export functions of article data, scanner integration, local databank function etc.

LogoMail

Despatch addressing for mail orders and returns, data management for several lines, scanner integration for the logging of identlabels, management of different label layouts and logos, import/export function for printing data, data storage etc.
